Because of this expansion of the portfolio, in which various international programs and projects (digital transition ) have started, the wish arose to expand our team with an O365 Application Engineer.  In this role you are partly responsible for the realization of BAM's Cloud Architecture, with specific attention for O365 and Azure . The starting point for this is the mission, vision and objectives of BAM. You’ll work together with the business, IT staff and management, both nationally and internationally. You’ll help BAM implement the Cloud strategy, the use of SAAS and Microsoft products such as the Office 365 platform, Azure and related applications. You come up with pragmatic solutions. You’ll make and maintain draw roadmaps and migration scenarios. Part of your responsibilities is to advise on the Cloud, draw up frameworks and actively monitor them. In your work you naturally take BAM's security requirements with you and also advise on this. You also offer support in case of incidents. You naturally stay informed of developments in the organization and the field. Where necessary, you support project managers in carrying out projects by drawing up a Project Start Architecture. With your knowledge and personal skills, you succeed in bringing ambitious and realistic projects to a successful end. This in close cooperation with everyone involved. In order to fulfill this role well, you speak the language of the business and you are well able to build productive relationships. You have a ' can-do ' mentality, you find a solution for everything! In addition, as an Engineer you can and dare to make decisions independently, show your initiative and you have organizational sensitivity and persuasiveness. You also have a completed Bachelor / Master course in Informatica, or a similar direction and relevant work experience in a commercial online environment. Supplemented with O365 certifications and preferably with Azure certificates. You also have at least a number of years experience with Office 365 and experience with development methods such as Agile / Scrum within large organizations (> 5000 users). As far as knowledge level is concerned, we are looking for candidates with a good and broad knowledge in the field of Microsoft Azure , Office 365 and management. You have knowledge of security techniques and knowledge of security risks in O365 solutions. Furthermore, exploring and experimenting with new Microsoft technologies is a hobby for you. Our ideal candidate also has a broad vision on current and future developments regarding hybrid cloud infrastructures and does not shy away from any technical details. You have strong written and oral expression, also in English since all policy documents are in English. You are result-oriented and have the ambition to be innovative and progressive in a challenging and international environment.
