You will be providing 1st line support throughout Europe from our European Headquarters based in Uithoorn, The Netherlands.ResponsibilitiesProvides first-line support to Quaker associates regarding availability, applications and daily use of hardware and software applications.Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization’s computer systems or PC’s and mobile devices, identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users.Installs new, and maintains existing hardware and software.Background and qualifications It requires a thorough knowledge of the hardware and software Quaker is using and sound communications skills. Experience with MicrosoftOffice (365), Windowsoperatingsystems and TCP/IP is mandatory. Position holder must have excellent communication abilities, has a broad interest in company processes, is good in English (verbal and writing).
